🌿 Hosanna, The King Is Coming 🌿

They gathered by the dusty road,

With hearts aflame, with hope bestowed.

The air was thick with holy sound—

“Hosanna!” rose from all around.

With palm branches in lifted hands,

They welcomed Love that understands.

No sword, no steed, no royal guard,

Just grace that walked with feet so scarred.

“Blessed is He!” the children cried,

“Who comes with heaven at His side!”

“Blessed the King of Israel's name!”

He bore no crown, yet still He came.

Behold—He rode a lowly beast,

The Prince of Peace, the Heaven's Feast.

No war to wage, no wrath to wield,

But mercy breaking every shield.

“Fear not, O Zion,” prophets said,

“Your King draws near with thorns ahead.”

He came to save, not just to reign,

To bear the cross, to bear our pain.

The crowd that cheered would soon grow still,

As shadows gathered on the hill.

But on this day, the streets would sing,

A humble Savior, Heaven's King.

So raise your voice with palm and prayer,

For Christ still comes to meet us there.

He rides not high, but close and low,

Into the hearts that cry and know:

Hosanna in the highest place—

Come, King of mercy, God of grace!
